Client Requirements

Documentation checklist (international clients)

To prevent delays at port/border, we validate documents before processing. Use this as a starting point—final requirements depend on commodity and regulations.

Tip: If you have only two documents right now, send us your Commercial Invoice and Packing List first—then we advise permits, HS codes, and the fastest compliant route.
  • Commercial Invoice (value, seller/buyer, incoterms, currency)
  • Packing List (weights, volumes, package count, marks & numbers)
  • Bill of Lading (sea) / Air Waybill (air) / CMR (road) / Rail documents
  • Consignee/importer details (company registration, contact, delivery address)
  • HS Codes (if known) and commodity description
  • Permits / licenses where required (commodity‑specific)
  • Certificate of Origin (if required for preference/tariffs)
  • Insurance certificate (if insured)

We also help validate duty/tax and ensure regulatory compliance with TRA and trade rules.

  • Origin and destination (city/port/border point)
  • Desired service level (standard / express / time‑critical)
  • Cargo details: weight, volume, package type, and special handling
  • Preferred mode: air / sea (FCL/LCL) / road / rail
  • Pickup and delivery windows
  • Vessel/flight details and arrival notice (if available)
  • Container/consignment numbers
  • Delivery order / release instructions (as applicable)
  • Storage instructions (short‑term holding vs direct delivery)
  • Bonded storage request (if under transit/bond)
  • SKU list / item master (if inventory managed)
  • Storage requirements: ambient / temperature-controlled / bonded
  • Inbound schedule + delivery order rules
  • Outbound rules (order picking, labeling, distribution)
  • Insurance preference and risk notes
